Rasmus Ramstad
Rasmus has more than 35
years of experience from the international film industry working with companies like Warner Bros, Twentieth Century Fox, MGM, Disney and Universal.
He has worked with distribution on film franchises like; Lord of the Rings, James Bond, Star Wars and Harry Potter.
Rasmus was the CEO of SF Studios for 15 years when the company was one of the founding partners of Spyglass Entertainment with Gary Barger and Roger Birnbaum.
At SF Studio Rasmus oversaw more than 250 drama productions originating from the Nordic countries. He has a financial background and a Master of Science from Boston University.

Irakli Chikvaidze
Irakli is a partner at Sarke Studio LLC and a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. In his role as Head of Production, he has overseen a diverse array of international film/TV projects for companies including Warner Bros., Universal, Disney, and Amazon Prime. Previously, Irakli served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Rustaveli Cinemas and owner of Kinoproject, holding the certifications from both Dolby Labs and Lucasfilm THX, he specialized in cinema circuit development and contributed to over 50 audio-visual projects. In finance, Irakli has held positions of Vice President of Absolute Bank and President of United Financial Corporation, leading pioneering initiatives in fintech, credit card, and banking technologies.

ANDY THOMPSON
Andy began his career as Art Director to musician Howard Jones in the 1980s. He later produced radio content at Bruno Brooke Media & Entertainment (BBME) and co-founded Storm Digital Broadcasting, which later became Immedia Broadcasting ahead of an AIM float in 2003. As CEO of VizualEyez, Andy produced/developed music, wildlife and natural history documentaries for the global market. At Gaia Media, he has produced award-winning films for major distributors, and won awards including Best British Film at Raindance Film Festival. Andy co-founded Principal Film Finance, providing debt financing and executive producing services. Andy is a Partner at Essential, focusing on development, co-pros, and film finance. He has a Master of Arts from Falmouth University.

NINA KOLOKOURI
Nina, Essential Films International partner, brings over two decades of expertise with extensive knowledge across development, finance, sales acquisitions, international sales and marketing of audiovisual content. Starting her career at animation studio Oniria, she later joined Lumina (later Salt) in London, rising through the ranks. In 2017, Nina was hired by AMP, an international sales, financing and production company, where she oversaw and managed financial, legal and operations aspects of the sales company as well as international sales. Recent executive producer credits: Tribeca World premiere Suitable Flesh starring Heather Graham, cosmic horror Glorious and game horror The Elevator Game. Nina's global perspective and operational acumen make her a driving force behind Essential Films' success.

JAMES NORRIE
James, Essential Films International partner, brings over two decades of experience in international film sales and acquisitions. He has held leadership roles at Icon Entertainment, Capitol Films, The Salt Company, and most recently AMP International. James has handled sales for a diverse slate of films, from blockbusters like The Passion of the Christ and Apocalypto to acclaimed indie hits such as Before the Devil Knows You're Dead and Miss You Already. His executive producer credits include Miss You Already, Murder At Yellowstone City, and Tribeca selection Suitable Flesh. At Essential Films, James leads the sales team in bringing standout projects to the global marketplace. He is well-respected for his commercial instincts, passion for cinema, and talent for building lasting industry relationships.
